Sodium alginate printing paste

Printing paste is added in the course of printing paste thickening effect of polymer compounds. Before added to the printing paste, generally are soluble in water or in the water fully swelling and dispersion of the hydrophilic polymer thick colloidal solution, or the type of oil/water or water/oil type emulsified paste. 1, High quantity of color, saving dyes. Method of Use

Active printing method: add proper amount of water to the mixer and start the high speed stirring. Slowly add the algal stamp paste and the anti-stain salt S (or its substitute, in the area with high hardness of water), stir in 30 minutes. Continue adding water, and add baking soda and urea, etc. in turn, and stir until dissolved. The whole process takes about 2-3 hours (related to mixing speed and stirring). Then put it in a storage tank for 4 hours and then add the dye.

Disperse printing method: add proper amount of water to the blender and start the high speed stirring. Slowly add the seaweed stamp paste and stir until well dissolved. The whole process takes about 2-3 hours (related to mixing speed and stirring). Then put it in a storage tank for 4 hours and then add the dye.

Notes:

1. According to the different requirements of technology and fabrics, the proportion of paste making or use can be adjusted in appropriate amount.

2. For the different dyes and printing processes used, the dosage of additives may be increased and decreased as appropriate.

3. After adding Ca2 +, Mg2 +, Fe3+ and other metal ions into the paste, the viscosity will decrease, and the use of plastic drums or stainless steel drums is recommended.

4. Use hot water to beat the paste and paste, which will lead to a reduction in the viscosity of the paste. To cool hot water soluble dye solution (below 40 ℃), to filter into the original paste.
